Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time.
We (www.bambinova.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time. The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight and size of the item(s).
Our Process time is 1-2 days.
We deliver our products through our courier partners.
You can communicate with us to know your order status. We will also provide you with appropriate emails from time to time.

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase you will have 14 days for a full refund from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a refund the items must be unused, unopened, in it's original packaging along with the original invoice as proof of purchase. Items that are used, washed or damaged cannot be returned.
Our eco friendly products are all handmade and natural, which means there will be some variation in the overall finish of the product. This is not to be considered as a fault.
Once we have received your Item we will quality check the product to ensure it is eligible for a refund and email you promptly the status of your claim. You will then receive a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days of receiving the item. Depending on your card issuer's policies this time frame may change.
All sale items are non-refundable
We can only offer exchanges on items that are faulty.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for the shipping of returns and cannot refund any shipping costs.
